Quality is at the core of our products. All of our managers and engineers have more than five years experience in the PCB industry, we comply with ISO and IPC standards of PCB production, as well as fulfil clients' special requests.
All the PCBs & assemblies strictly follow the operation procedures stipulated in ISO9001:2000 in respect to material purchasing, product manufacturing, testing, packing and marketing.
We have set up a Quality Assurance (QA) system to aim specifically at the prevention of problems and the elimination of root causes. We provide complete traceability of material and detailed processing history for all products manufactured. Statistical process control (SPC) and process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA) are mechanisms used for continuous improvement.
